AED has organized a working day in Seville to address the importance of talent in the company.
The meeting was attended by the Director of the Sevilla Open for Business office of the Seville City Council, Manuel Parejo. CEOs and General Directors of companies and institutions from a wide range of sectors, all with a presence in Seville, also participated. Acesur, MIGASA, KPMG, GAT Inversiones, Telefónica, FLACEMA, Grupo MÁS or Barceló, among others, were some of the companies.
Talent, made up of both hard skills (languages, big data, artificial intelligence, etc.) and soft skills (leadership, communication, emotional intelligence, etc.), is a key factor in attracting investment in any sector. But it is even more important when we refer to high value-added sectors.
